As a fully qualified and professionally insured psychotherapist and hypnotherapist, I provide a safe, supportive, and confidential space for exploring your emotional well-being.

I work with adults and young people in-person and online, supporting a wide range of mental health and life challenges.

I draw on a variety of therapeutic approaches—including person-centred, psychodynamic, and trauma-informed models—which allows me to tailor our sessions to your unique needs and experiences.

I am passionate about providing inclusive therapy that welcomes people from all walks of life.

My Background
With over 40 years of professional experience, I began my career as an arts graduate, focusing on arts development to support communities. In the late 1980s, I earned a postgraduate qualification in Youth and Community Studies, which led me to work with young people and young adults in underserved communities.

Throughout my career, I have worked with thousands of young people and witnessed first hand the challenges faced by children growing up in poverty. I have a rich, extensive range of life experience. I have lived experience within the LGBTQI+ Community, and I identify as a neurodiverse (ADHD) practitioner with a hidden disability.

I have extensive experience working with women through my client work at a local women’s education centre. I embrace diversity and inclusivity.

I am also a published author, currently adding the finishing touches to my next two books - Nurturing Your Inner Child and ADHD in Women.
